Unplanned is the inspiring true story of one woman’s journey of transformation.
This film has been in the top 10 in the United States and in Canada despite determined opposition from Hollywood and the major distribution companies who strongly oppose its message. The movie overcame the obstacles of an R-rating by the Motion Picture Association of America and having its ads banned on major television channels. Prevented from screening by legal challenges in the US it finally overcame those hurdles and it’s success in theaters in the US and Canada was pretty much by word of mouth. Now it is Down under and is currently being screened via Fan-force all around New Zealand and Australia. A must see if you wish to understand what lies behind the Pro-Abortion rhetoric and certainly very current given the New Zealand governments determination to decriminalise abortion.

The movie tells the story of a former Planned Parenthood Clinic Director Abby Johnson, who visited New Zealand in 2014 to tell her incredible story.
All Abby Johnson ever wanted to do was help women. As one of the youngest Planned Parenthood clinic directors in the nation, she was involved in upwards of 22,000 abortions and counseled countless women about their reproductive choices. Her passion surrounding a woman’s right to choose even led her to become a spokesperson for Planned Parenthood, fighting to enact legislation for the cause she so deeply believed in.
Until the day she saw something that changed everything.
Please note this film is for mature audiences.
