Right to Life believes that vaccination passports violate our freedom and human rights. In a free and democratic society it is not the role of the state to restrict our freedom with vaccination passports. Is the government going to use passports to permanently control the community?

 The state exists to serve the community by defending the right to life of every member of the community. It also has a duty to respect the sanctity of the well informed conscience of every member. The community does not exist to serve the state.

The community has a right to demand that the government purchase only fully tested and ethically developed vaccines that have not been produced using the cell lines from late term aborted babies. These babies were delivered alive and without anaesthetic. While they were alive they had their kidneys removed to produce cell lines. This is inhuman, barbaric and a crime against humanity. 

Right to Life believes that the vaccination passport which is promoted under the guise of protecting public health actually protects nobody. In fact Right to Life believes a great many people accepted vaccination just to keep their jobs or to maintain their liberty, not because they consented to vaccination for health purposes.

The passport has created a two class society. Those who have a passport are first class citizens with access to work, church, public facilities, restaurants and cafes.

Those who do not have a passport are deemed to be second class citizens, not permitted to work as doctors, midwives, nurses, health workers, teachers, police, Defence Force, Fire Service, Corrections and many others. Their access to churches, cafes, restaurants and public facilities prohibited or severely restricted. Our vaccination status should never be a criteria for eligibility to work, worship God or access cafes or public facilities.

Our human rights are bestowed on us by our Creator, not by the state, they are universal and inalienable. Being inalienable they cannot be taken from us nor may we give them up.

Our misguided government believes that our human rights are bestowed on us by the state. The state therefore believes that it has the sole right to decide what our human rights are and who may enjoy them. This is an intolerable situation which denies the existence of God, the intrinsic dignity and sanctity of life of every human being created in the image and likeness of God. In such a state no man is safe.

Right to Life believes that our civil, religious and individual rights should never be contingent upon a medical procedure. Every New Zealander should protest allowing the government to decide what medical procedures they must engage in to remain in employment or to exercise their religious freedom.

 Our religious freedom is being threatened by the state by its imposition of the vaccine passport. It is not the role of government to decide that we require a government issued permit to worship God, or to tell us  how many may attend a Church service to worship God, this is a very serious precedent. What’s next? Is the government going to follow the example of the Chinese Communist Party and suppress religious practice by restricting what may be taught and regulating who may attend services?

Right to Life requests that the government uphold the human rights of all citizens to equality by ceasing mandatory vaccinations and withdrawing the contentious vaccine passport.
