TVNZ’s Sunday Pro Abortion Programme – AMERICA TO AOTEAROA

Tonight’s Sunday Programme on TVNZ presented a pro-abortion propaganda piece par excellence. John Crysell and his crew travelled to the United States on your tax dollar to produce this very disturbing and very biased piece on abortion and attacking those who hold that unborn children have a right to life. Not a shred of balance here.

Those who advocate for the unborn child were made to look like either fools or dangerous terrorists. More disturbingly the programme seemed to suggest that abortion staff in the abortion abbatoirs in the US are being recruited to come down under to kill our children here in N.Z.

Right to Life asks if the Pro-abortion bureaucrats in our ‘health’ services are promoting this because fewer and fewer New Zealand nurses and doctors are prepared to poison, suction and dismember small human beings out of their mother’s wombs?

We were greatly concerned to hear Miriama Kamo state at the start of this programme,  that help is needed and it’s needed fast, that barely a day goes past with another crisis occuring in our health service, with doctors and nurses barely coping.

The solution that seems to be inferred in this programme is that abortionists in the US come here to help (kill children).  We find it truly shocking that at a time when many other suffering in NZ due to the shortage of real doctors and hospital appointments that Sunday would have the audacity to produce this pro-abortion propaganda.

Is the pain of America’s abortion debate, New Zealand’s gain? The fallout from America’s extreme abortion bans has seriously unsettled many of its doctors and nurses to the point of leaving. Abortions have become illegal in 18 mainly southern states, since the US Supreme Court overturned the landmark 1973 Roe vs Wade decision in June. The Sunday team drove 1000s of kilometres across three Bible belt states speaking exclusively to doctors, gyneacologists obstetricians, nurses and women affected by the ban. Many of these medical specialists now say America no longer feels safe and want to move to New Zealand.

During this programme a US abortionist is quoted as saying that the graphics displayed near an abortion mill are inaccurate. Let’s be clear, the images of aborted children shown in the graphic aired in this prrogramme are entirely representative of the stage at which most abortions are performed. The carnage depicted in these graphics speaks for itself of the inhumanity of abortion. It also speak volumes about the tragedy of our own country declaring open season on vulnerable, unwanted innocent human beings, all the way up to birth.

It is only if we take action against the great evil of abortion, that it will ever be stopped. We can no longer stand silent on the sidelines as observers.

Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton joined One America News Network to discuss a new batch of documents given to Judicial Watch show how the Obama FDA were buying fetal heads ‘fresh, and never frozen.’
The Trump administration shut this down but it is now reported that the Biden adminstration is prepared to open up funding for this barbarism.
Right to Life was reluctant to bring information concerning this horror to our readers, but it is never going to be aired by our own country’s media sources. If we ever need evidence of the degree of depravity that a government has sunk to this surely must be it.

Roe v Wade overturn an end to abortion

Right to Life encourages the churches, the pro-life and pro-women movement in New Zealand to work together to capitalise on the great victory provided by the US Supreme Court to stop the war and violence inflicted on women and their unborn in New Zealand; a war promoted and financed by Jacinda Ardern and her government.

 Right to Life believes that the overturn of Roe v Wade will ultimately result in the recognition in the United States and in New Zealand of the humanity of the unborn child as a human being from conception and endowed by its Creator with an inalienable right to life.

The decision of the United States Supreme Court to overturn Roe v Wade is not the end to abortion but it is  the beginning of that end. The decision has brought a halt to in many states, the violent murder of the unborn . This has been a holocaust which has resulted in the killing of over 63,000,000 unborn children since 1973 and the terrible wounding of their mothers, the second victim of abortion. The impact of this has been wide and deep, cutting savagely into the psychological well-being of this nation and significantly impacting its demographics.

There are nineteen States that have passed legislation to outlaw the killing of the unborn and seven States that will severely restrict abortion. These States have legislation recognising that the unborn are human beings endowed with a right to life.

The American pro-life movement will now campaign for the Supreme Court to recognise that unborn children are human beings with a right to life entitled to the protection of the US Constitution’s amendments 5 and 14. When that historic moment arrives the killing of the unborn will be outlawed in every State.

The overturn of Roe v Wade will have important ramifications for the international community including New Zealand. The Labour government in passing the extremist Abortion Legislation Act 2020 was influenced by the US Supreme Court’s 1973, Roe v Wade decision that there is a Constitutional right to abortion.

The Minister of Justice, Andrew Little claimed that under section 159 of the Crimes Act, “Killing of unborn child”,  the unborn child was not a human being and did not have a right to life until it was born. This is a legal fiction is used by the government to justify the killing of unborn children, who are the weakest and most defenceless members of the human family. The previous Minister of Justice when requested if he had evidence to proof that the unborn child was not a human being until born replied that he had no evidence. The new Minister of Justice  Kiri Allan has also been asked and has declined to reply. 

Science acknowledges that human life begins at conception. That new life is a unique and unrepeatable miracle of God’s loving creation and that the child is a human being with a right to life. It is an intolerable injustice that the government continues to promote the cruel lie that abortion is a woman’s right to choose and that every woman has the right to kill her children before birth. Pregnancy is not a disease and abortion is not health care. The day is fast approaching when thanks to the overturning of Roe v Wade this orchestrated litany of lies will be silenced.

We need to show that we can create a world where we can love children and not kill them. A world where adoption is always a better option, a world where we care for women and their children. This is our opportunity to make the grisly performance of abortion like slavery unthinkable in a civilised modern society.

Roe v Wade overturn upholds constitution and right of states to legislate

The overturn of Roe v Wade was not only an historic victory for women and the unborn child but was also a victory for upholding the United States Constitution and the right of States to legislate on abortion and provide legal protection for the right to life of unborn children.

Right to Life is disappointed that all of our political leaders have failed to support the decision of the United States Supreme Court to overturn the deeply flawed and unconstitutional Roe v Wade decision of 1973. 

The Prime Minister, Jacinda Ardern, who supports the killing of the unborn as a health service, stated, the decision was “incredibly disturbing.”

The leader of the National Party, Christopher Luxon who claims to be pro-life and believes that abortion is murder, stated in his maiden speech  that he would not force his beliefs on others. He said that the Roe v Wade decision was “incredibly shocking and incredibly distressing,”

 David Seymour, ACT leader, who supports abortion, stated that he was “flabbergasted.”

Jan Logie, Greens, Spokesperson for women, who supports abortion, stated, “Aotearoa should be a place where everyone …… can choose what is right for their body and their future.”

The Roe v Wade decision was the most evil document in human history, it resulted in a 49 year reign of terror and killing imposed on American women and their unborn. America has been soaked in the blood of 64 million innocent and defenceless children whose only crime was that they were unwanted.

Abortion is violence against women and the unborn. In 1973 there were 30 States that prohibited abortion at all stages of pregnancy.

The Roe v Wade decision of 1973 struck down the laws of 50 States to regulate abortion, to provide legal protection for the lives of unborn children and to protect women, the second victim of abortion, this was a great injustice and an exercise of raw judicial power by the Supreme Court in 1973.

There were 26 States that made substantial written submissions to the Supreme Court in the hearing of the Dobbs v Jackson Women’s Health Organisation demanding the overturn of Roe v Wade and the restoration of their right to legislate on abortion. There was a vast movement in the United States of concerned citizens who worked, demonstrated and petitioned for 49 years for the overturn of Roe v Wade.

Right to Life asks the political leaders in our Parliament who support our Parliamentary democracy with the right to legislate, why they do not applaud the overturning of Roe v Wade and support the States exercising the long awaited restoration of their democratic right?

Right to Life questions Prime Minister’s response to Roe v Wade overturn

The Prime Minister in supporting the unlawful Roe v Wade decision is supporting the previous forty-nine year reign of terror inflicted on American women and their unborn. A brutal reign which resulted in more than sixty-four million children killed before birth and sixty-four million women wounded.

Right to Life questions why the Prime Minister is misleading the community with ill-informed public statements on the important decision of the United States Supreme Court. Right to Life believes that she is conducting a campaign of misrepresentation to deceive the community into believing that women have a fundamental right to kill their children before they are born. Right to Life believes that she is trying to protect her own extremist Abortion Legislation Act 2019, which will now be subject  to increased opposition.

The Prime Minister, Jacinda Ardern, is reported by Stuff as saying, that “the Supreme Court’s decision is  incredibly upsetting.”

The Prime Minister claims millions of American women have lost the constitutional right to abortion. But there is nothing in the Constitution of the United States that upholds the ‘right’ to abortion.

Right to Life believes that the Prime Minister should be applauding the decision of the United States Supreme Court to overturn the unconstitutional Roe v Wade decision of the Supreme Court in 1973, which took away the democratic right of States to legislate on abortion.

The Court has ruled that there is no right to abortion in the United States Constitution and have ruled in accordance with the Constitution that abortion should be returned to each individual State to legislate on this issue.

Why then is the Prime Minister upset that the democratic right of the citizens in each State to legislate to protect women and uphold the right to life of its unborn children is being upheld by the Supreme Court?

Roe v Wade overturned – victory for women and unborn

Right to Life welcomes the six to three decision of the United States Supreme Court to overturn the notorious Roe v Wade decision of 1973.

The overthrow of Roe Wade acknowledges the right of States to legislate to protect women from the violence of abortion and their unborn children from being killed before birth. There are 19 States that would ban abortion and 7 that would severely restrict abortion.

The Roe Wade decision written by Justice Harry Blackmun in 1973 constitutes one of the most unjust decisions ever  made by the Court. It was badly decided, violated the Constitution of the United States, had no basis in the law or history of the United States or in English Common Law. International law is silent on abortion and there is no human right to abortion.

The Roe Wade decision unleased on the United States, a 49 year reign of terror of violence on women and their unborn. Since 1973 more than 64 million unborn children in the United States have been poisoned, sucked out of their mother’s womb or been violently dismembered. This was a violation of human rights and a crime against humanity.    

The overthrow of Roe v. Wade is a victory for a culture of life and a defeat for the culture of death. It recognises that the unborn child is a human being endowed with a right to life, deserving of respect and protection. The repercussions will reverberate throughout the world including New Zealand. This overthrow will herald a new age of respect for women and for their precious unborn, who are created in the image and likeness of their Creator.

Right to Life is committed to continue campaigning for legal recognition of the unborn child as a human being endowed with a right to life from implantation and for the repeal of the extremist anti-life Abortion Legislation Act 2020.

RANZCOG betrays women and unborn patients

Right to Life is disappointed that the Royal Australian New Zealand College of Obstetricians & Gynaecologists [RANZCOG] supports the continuation of the forty-nine year reign of terror that was inflicted on American women and their precious unborn by the notorious Roe v Wade decision of the United States Supreme Court in 1973. A reign of terror that has resulted in the killing of more than 64 million unborn children.

 The College made the following statement on Roe v Wade on 4 May 2022:

“The College strongly supports the availability of abortion being an essential aspect of safe healthcare delivery, and stands with healthcare professionals across the United States in protecting patients’ access to care.”

 Right to Life believes that the RANZCOG sees that any decision that threatens legal access to abortion for millions of women and girls would be detrimental to sexual and reproductive health. The College supports the decriminalisation of abortion in New Zealand and is fearful that the overthrow of Roe v Wade could affect the availability of the killing of the unborn up to birth in New Zealand effectively for any reason.

Right to Life rejects the false assertion that abortion, the killing of an unborn child, is health care. Members of the College have the great privilege and duty to care for two patients, the mother and the child. They are the guardians of the womb. It is an appalling dereliction of duty for a doctor to fail to provide protection and care for a defenceless child in the womb. That the doctor should change his role from carer to killer is an unspeakable outrage that cries out to the heavens for vengeance.

Doctors who are trained to care and protect mothers and their unborn are well aware that life begins at conception and that every child is a unique and unrepeatable miracle of God’s loving creation who has been endowed with an inalienable right to life.

The debate about when human life begins is uncontroversial. As reported by the Royal Commission on Contraception, Sterilisation and Abortion (1977): “From a biological point of view there is no argument as to when life begins. Evidence was given to us by eminent scientists from all over the world. None of them suggested that human life begins at any time other than conception.”

As the Royal Commission stated: “The unborn child, as one of the weakest, the most vulnerable, and most defenceless forms of humanity, should receive protection.”

 The Royal College made a submission defending life to the Royal Commission nobly supporting the need to provide effective legal protection for the lives of the unborn and to protect women from the violence of abortion.

Why then is the College now betraying women and the unborn by denying the humanity of the unborn child, claiming that poisoning, sucking the child from the womb or by violently dismembering the child by tearing its arms, legs and head from its body is health care?

This is Demonic insanity that is destroying a once noble profession.

Right to Life applauds those members of the College who continue to provide life giving care to expectant mothers and their precious unborn children.

New Zealand pro-abortion movement challenges US Supreme Court

The angry and strident, delusional pro-abortion advocates in New Zealand not only deny the right to life of children in the womb, support the violence of abortion against women, believe that every woman has the right to kill her child before it is born, but now are also disrespectful of the rule of law and the democratic process in the United States by attacking the United States Supreme Court.

 ALRANZ, a small vocal group have drafted a letter (see link here)  to be presented to the US ambassador attacking the US Supreme Court for allegedly illegally posing a threat to the civil and human rights of United States citizens.

It is outrageous and disgraceful that this small group should attack the Supreme Court in the United States because they fear that the Court is considering overturning the notorious Roe v Wade decision which in 1973 inflicted on  American women and their precious unborn a reign of terror and bloodshed that has resulted in the violent killing of more than 64 million  innocent and defenceless unborn children. Why does ALRANZ approve of this killing and is terrified that it might stop?

The Supreme Court is expected to overturn Roe v Wade a decision written by Justice Harry Blackmun in 1973 which constitutes one of the most unjust decisions made by the Court. It was badly decided by ill-informed men and had no basis in the constitution the law or history of the United States or in English Common Law. International law is silent on abortion and there is no human right to abortion.

The overthrow of Roe Wade will then acknowledge the right of States to legislate to protect their unborn children from being killed before birth. There are 19 States that would ban abortion and 7 that would severely restrict abortion. Why is ALRANZ opposed to the States legislating to protect their women and the lives of their unborn?

The ALRANZ letter has been signed by Jan Logie MP, Green Party. There were 198 other signatories whose names have been kept secret. It is believed that among this number there were many MPs.

Right to Life believes that it is improper and disgraceful for an MP to sign a letter to the US government criticising the US Supreme Court for acting illegally and violating human rights. Right to Life intends to write to the Speaker, the Right Hon. Trevor Mallard, requesting that he should investigate this serious matter.

The letter was also signed by the School of Population Health at the Auckland University. This is a taxpayer funded organisation and Right to Life believes that is highly improper and disgraceful for it to sign this letter attacking the US Supreme Court. The Abortion Providers Group representing the abortion industry in New Zealand also signed. They are fearful that the anticipated abortion law reform with recognition of the humanity of the unborn child and increased protection for women and unborn children would be a serious threat to their industry.

Women’s rights begin in the womb.

The campaign for equality for those inside their mother’s wombs is the civil right’s struggle of this century. Why does the Prime Minister choose to be on the wrong side of history?

 Right to Life asks the Prime Minister why she claims to be a feminist but supports the anti-feminist position that discriminates against women before birth? If she was genuinely concerned about the rights of women why does she refuse to recognise the humanity of unborn female children, their inalienable right to life and their right to be born?  

Right to Life believes that justice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere. Those who govern us do so with the permission of the governed. Our nation has an absolute right to only choose those to govern us who will defend the right to life of every member of the community from conception to natural death.

Right to Life welcomes the future overthrow of the Supreme Court decision Roe v Wade, which in 1973 unleased a 49 year reign of terror of violence on women and their precious unborn in the United States. Since 1973 more than 64 million unborn children have been killed in their mother’s womb. It was Roe v Wade that denied the humanity of unborn children and their right to life.

Following Roe v Wade, and the legalisation of abortion in NZ in 1977, more than 550,000 innocent children have been violently killed in New Zealand before birth.

Since the government of Jacinda Ardern took office in 2017 more than 80,000 unborn children have been killed, authorised and funded by the government. This is a crime against humanity and an intolerable burden on the conscience of the nation.

Abortion has inflicted appalling physical, psychological and spiritual damage to millions of women not only in the United States, but throughout the world, including New Zealand.

The Prime Minister, Jacinda Ardern, architect of the extremist Abortion Legislation Act 2020 recently stated that “the overthrow of Roe v Wade was an issue of women’s health and women’s rights.”

She is mistaken in believing that every woman has a right to kill her children up to birth and that abortion is health care. There is no such right recognised in any UN convention.

Roe v Wade was “egregiously wrong” from the start and its reasoning is “exceptionally weak.” Justice Alito concluded that it’s time the issue went back to the states: “That is what the Constitution and the rule of law demand. Our Nation’s historical understanding of ordered liberty does not prevent the people’s elected representatives from deciding how abortion should be regulated,”

Those who support abortion claim that this is the authentic feminist position, however this is false. True feminism seeks justice, is non-discriminatory and non-violent. Up until the early twentieth century, feminism was vehemently opposed to abortion. How can one be truly feminist if one is not prepared to uphold the right of every unborn child to be born?

We believe in a woman’s right to control her body and she deserves this right no matter where she lives, even if she’s still living inside her mother’s womb.

Does Scoop support free speech?

Right to Life is a financial supporter of Scoop and believes that Scoop has a duty to the community that it serves. How can Scoop explain this duty so that the community can have an informed debate on the important issue of the leak of the opinion of the United States Supreme Court, when Scoop is censoring some opinion and information, that does not appear to be in agreement with the views of others?

The Scoop Foundation proudly claims to be champion of independent journalism and open publishing for over 20 years. It claims to publish relevant public information, freely accessible to all New Zealanders so that they can participate in the democratic process.

 Right to Life supports a fully informed public debate on important human rights issues and recognises the important contribution that Scoop can make to an informed debate.

Right to Life is disappointed that recently Scoop frustrated an informed public debate on the issue of the leaked opinion on the overthrow of the Roe v Wade Justice Samuel Alito decision of the United States Supreme Court.

On the 5th May Scoop published an opinion article condemning the five Justices who had signed the draft opinion written by Scoop’s Political Editor, Gordon Campbell.

On the 4th May Scoop published a media release from a small  group ALRANZ also condemning the opinion.

On the 13th May Scoop published a media release from an unknown group using the name Auckland Feminist Action. This release also condemned the opinion.

On the 8th and 11th May Right to Life sent media releases to Scoop supporting the draft opinion of the Supreme Court and explaining the legal implications of the opinion. It is disappointing that Scoop declined to publish these important documents.
